What is your product warranty?
All garden ornaments purchased from PR Ornaments are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months. This excludes normal wear and tear.
Damaged goods?
If an item is damaged by the courier or freight company, we will replace it or provide a refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will advise on the best way to quickly resolve the problem. Please provide photos so we can put a claim in with the courier or freight company.
Returns policy
Please choose carefully because we do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind. If an item is returned in brand new, unused condition with 14 days of purchase you can exchange it for another item. Please note if you put an item in the garden or on the lawn, it will have dirt or grass stains on the bottom, and we will not exchange it.
